Work with your designated CSM to identify the programs you want to run and the business objectives you want to achieve. Plus, your CSM helps you brand the platform for your company and train employee groups.


Your CSM helps create a range of internal marketing materials—posters, emails, and new employee handouts—and helps plan a successful launch day to ensure program adoption.

Check-In & Iterate

After launching, your CSM continues to stay in touch with you, and schedules regular formal check-ins to monitor progress against goals. Your CSM celebrates your successes with you and recommends program adjustments as needed.
