Everyone please welcome Joseph, AnyPerk’s newest Sales Development Representative!
Originally from Connecticut, Joe is joining us from Provo, Utah, where he spent the last year and a half selling for one of the largest home automation companies in North America called Vivint. Not only that, he was killing it in the top 5% of the sales team and doubled the record for highest number of cold calls that converted into closed deals!

Q: How did you first hear of AnyPerk?
A: I first heard of AnyPerk through Y-Combinator’s job board after I attended YC’s ‘Startup School’ Conference. I knew that AnyPerk had a winning product and a talented team. Most importantly, AnyPerk values sales. I was stoked to apply.
Q: What do you hope to accomplish at AnyPerk?
A: I want to make a huge impact in employee happiness and retention across a wide range of clients. Everyone should get to enjoy awesome perks every day!
Q: What activities fill your weekends?
A: I love to go for runs, play tennis, and find awesome hikes. When winter rolls around again you can find me on the slopes.
Q: Where will you be in 5 years?
A: Hopefully founding my own company. I think it’s inevitable because I’m always identifying new product opportunities. I want to learn and grow as much as possible throughout my career and improve the world.
Q: What is your favorite perk?
A: Washio. I hate doing laundry and if I can basically pay someone to be my outsourced parent, I will.
