Dearborn brings more than 25 years of experience in data analytics and enterprise performance management to Fond’s board. She states:
“Fond is revitalizing the way employees are recognized and rewarded, which is crucial in creating a culture people want to be a part of. An engaged workforce contributes to a better bottom line. It empowers employees, raises morale, and engenders a level of performance for all to emulate. Recognizing employees or teams that do great work is an important reminder that they work in a meritocracy that celebrates success.”
Before launching Actionable Analytics Group in 2019, Dearborn was the Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Global Head of Talent, Leadership, Organizational Effectiveness & Learning at SAP, where she was responsible for the learning, development, talent management, and organizational development of employees worldwide.
